The international and domestic demand for green recycled fiber products has been amplified, and recycled fabric is one of them. China's textile and garment industry needs to speed up technological innovation to respond to this market demand. So what is recycled fabric?

Recycled fabrics refer to fabrics made from recycled fibers. Recycled fiber, also known as recycling fiber, is the use of recycled waste polymer materials and waste textile materials, after physical loosening and reuse, or by melting or dissolution after spinning, or the recovery of polymer materials further cracking into small molecules repolymerization and spinning fibers. According to different sources and components, it can be divided into three categories: recycled chemical fiber, recycled cotton fiber and recycled wool fiber, and there are corresponding recycled fabrics, such as recycled cotton fabric, recycled wool fabric and so on.

Recycled chemical fibers include recycled polyester, nylon, polypropylene and so on, among which recycled polyester is the main, accounting for more than 90% of the total. Recycled polyester takes waste polyester (including all waste polyester fiber products such as bottle chips, foam, waste silk, waste pulp, waste textiles, etc.) as the main raw materials. The products include recycled polyester staple fiber and polyester filament filament. Most of the products produced by our company are polyester regeneration, nylon regeneration and polypropylene regeneration fibers.
